Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern at Coca-Cola, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
* Support the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
* Conduct consumer and market research to uncover insights that guide brand strategies and messaging.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Manage social media and digital marketing channels to foster engagement and drive brand awareness.
* Assist in coordinating product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
* Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree.
* Right to work: Legal authorization to work in Belgium. No visa sponsorship is provided.
* Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 20 hours/week for a 6-month internship.
* Language: Fluency in English and French/Dutch (with strong verbal and written communication skills).
* Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands, and its values. Curious, agile, creative, and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
* Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
* Relevant knowledge: Knowledge in marketing principles, creativity, digital marketing, social media, market research, and data analysis. Strong project management skills are required, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time. Experience in marketing activations and event organization is considered a plus. The ideal candidate should have a strong solution-oriented mindset, creatively addressing any issues that arise during projects. Adaptability to a changing environment and the capability for scenario planning and timely course correction are critical. The role requires excellent coordination skills, including managing the full details of local activation plans with bottlers (calendars, resources, metrics). Strong in PowerPoint and Excel.
