Who are we looking for?
Our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates who are looking for a challenging yet rewarding experience and want to take a leap into a global organization following completion of their university studies.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to think outside the box, share new ideas and take on new challenges. Successful candidates will join us between August and October. The first training session will take place during October.

The Manufacturing Excellence Program is a transformational program, driving global improvement in end-to-end manufacturing operations. It is a comprehensive program emphasising standardisation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and workforce engagement while working closely with operations, functions and plants. It’s ambition is to develop and execute strategies to streamline and standardise business processes, reduce cycle times, share best practices, and ingrain Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles. With a keen focus on LSS and digitization, it optimises customer experience, safety, quality, efficiency, and operational costs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across operations and manufacturing facilities. This program is starting up in 2024 and we are looking for a graduate to support the development and implementation of the program.
The Graduate for ME Program will work closely with the Program Leader and Continuous Improvement Director supporting the execution of the roadmap and roll out. This entails
1. identifying and documenting the standard procedures for specific operational areas, embed this in the framework and support roll out
2. work with program leader to develop assessment and scorecard
3. work cross globe to identify best practices and define best way to vehicle those
4. support development and support pilot testing for the assessment, scorecard, websites in the region

Qualifications
Qualifications preferred:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
11. Fluent in English is a must
