About our role
Our client, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking a skilled Digital Channel Specialist to strengthen their digital marketing and e commerce strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimising digital sales strategies for both B2C and small B2B segments, focusing on products such as power and gas supply, PV/EV, heating maintenance, and insurance.
You will work closely with the Senior Channel Manager and contribute to digital acquisition strategies, media planning, and performance analysis to drive customer portfolio growth through digital channels. If you are passionate about digital marketing, performance optimisation, and making an impact in the energy sector, this role is perfect for you!
What you will be doing
1. Implement and monitor digital sales strategies for B2C and small B2B segments.
2. Optimise digital marketing caigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
3. Analyse caign performance and suggest areas for improvement.
4. Manage digital media budgets and track spending effectiveness.
5. Work closely with external agencies to ensure proper execution of digital marketing strategies.
6. Assist the Senior Channel Manager in various e commerce and digital marketing tasks.
7. Possibly manage a specific digital media platform (Google, Meta, etc.) on a daily basis.
What you bring
1. 5 10 years of experience in e commerce and digital marketing.
2. Proven expertise in B2C and B2B sales, with a strong focus on digital acquisition.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
4. Results driven approach with a passion for optimising marketing strategies.
5. Flexibility and reliability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
6. Fluency in Dutch or French, along with strong English communication skills.
