Join our dynamic organization as a Training Coordinator, where you will be the driving force behind the creation, execution, and follow-up of the training plan for both blue and white collar workers for the next two years. We are looking for someone with a passion for event planning and ready to take on challenges in a rapidly growing organization. In this temporary position, we are also open to freelancers.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
* Designing a training plan for various blue and white collar worker positions based on input from stakeholders in Belgium and Turkey.
* Planning the training sessions, taking into account the intake of over 500 people in the next 2 years. Providing training is not part of the job responsibilities.
* Establishing and maintaining collaborations with external training organizations.
* Establishing close contacts with our Turkish sister organization regarding the training programs there, the transfer of temporary trainers, and mapping out this flow.
* Maintaining an overview of the training plan, particularly the details and type, location, training provider, as well as the target audience of the training.
* Reporting on the status of trainings and the training plan to management.
* Responsible for registering trainings and courses, and performing checks in the time registration system.
* Responsible for the distribution and collection of evaluations for the training sessions and providers, as well as reporting on (recurring) feedback.
* Organizing transport and locations, such as training venues and support for accommodation.
* Control and approval of invoices related to his/her activities.
* Administrative handling of the carousel project for temporary trainers.
* Reorganizing training groups in case of vacation, illness, or turnover.
* Collaborating closely with the HR department and structural recruitment partners.
* Guiding trainers on-site and ensuring necessary provisions are made at our location.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree level of thinking.
* Fluent in Dutch, English, and Turkish.
* Experience within learning and development or event planning.
* Strong communication skills, able to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders at different levels and within different cultures.
* Open to relocating for work purposes, with the possibility of moving to our site in Turkey for short periods of time.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Critical and analytical mindset.
* Able to work independently, in close collaboration with HR.
* Initiative and independence are highly valued.
* Flexible mindset for working in a start-up company.
* Open to a temporary assignment of 2, potentially 3 years.
