Your responsibilities
You are the point of contact for exhibitors, set up sublime events and tackle administration like a real pro.
* As Exhibition Support for our Czech editions, you are one team with the Exhibition Managers. You are the indispensable link in the organization of exhibitions/events and put ingenious plans into practice.
* You will answer customers' phones, take care of the administration and write attractive texts. In other words, you are the not-so-quiet power behind the scenes.
* You are the point of contact for our exhibitors: you guide them in their general and technical preparation, take care of the invoicing, you are the hub at the fair office during the fairs and the ever-present "voice" to take care of incoming and outgoing phones.
* You play a strong supporting role in the organization of events.
* You deliver bite-sized letters, reports and presentations.
Your profile
* You have a higher degree, preferably as a translator/interpreter or Master of Language and Literature.
* You work at as a freelancer and can work 2 days a week for Xpo Group.
* You are an initiator and organizer.
* You radiate enthusiasm and appear stylish and punctual.
* You solve problems before they even arise. You have no trouble coming up with fresh ideas.
* You are fluent in Czech and Dutch or English.
* You are familiar with the basics of MS Office.
* An added bonus is that you are not afraid of occasional weekend work and international events on location.
