For one of our clients, we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
* Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
* Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
* Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
* Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
* Apply Dolce/Wyndham sales policies and techniques to maximize hotel occupancy.
* Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
* Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
Requirements:
* You are a team player and passionate about organizing events and meetings, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

* You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
