We are currently looking for a Team Leader Individual Reservations to join our dynamic team at our Service & Support Centre.

Do
15. Manage. You will manage a team of 4-5 persons in the fields of individual reservations. You are responsible for the daily operations, including training and development of reservation agents, quality of calls, adherence to company policies and procedures, daily and holiday planning, and hiring when necessary.
16. Represent: You represent the Individual Reservation Office towards our clients but as well towards Thon Hotels, the Residences and the other centralized departments (revenue, sales, marketing, HR, accounting).
17. Implement: You are in charge of implementing new policies and procedures if necessary which facilitate the daily work and optimize the client service being the contact person for all updates with the head office in Norway.
18. Monitor: You make sure the response time is respeced, accurate information is given, and guest satisfaction is guaranteed while ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner.
19. Communicate: You give clear objectives to the team and liaise with all hotels and all other relevant departments in regards to general changes, which affect Thon Hotels.
20. Identify: You identify important demands and take the lead to convert.
21. Establish: You propose training plans for the team in conjunction with the Head of Commercial Services.
22. Participate actively: You take part to all HOD meetings and revenue meetings.
23. Report: Directly to the Head of Commercial Services.
