As Sales Manager Benelux (hands-on)- electronics aftersales you will work closely with the international leadership team to ensure the company's strategic objectives for Benelux, strengthen the operations & drive growth.
* Structure the company's future growth & consolidate existing developments
* Define en enrich strategic objectives with your experience, ideas, energy & creativity
* Manage and develop a motivated commercial team, enhancing their skills and performance.
* Generates sales through hands-on involvement. Create strong relationships with Key Accounts (Benelux & German speaking markets), focusing on a personalised approach.
* Oversee the full scope of the company's operations in the Benelux region.
* Lead with a strategic, commercial, and hands-on mindset while excelling in people management.
