Job Description
* Strong SailPoint IdentityIQ knowledge. Experience of onboarding users and applications to IdentityIQ. Customization of IdentityIQ to the customer needs and integration of IIQ with different applications.
* Experience with Security policies and Segregation of duties (SoD).
* Experience in designing solutions for large organizations.
* Core Java, Bean shell, Amazon Webservices (AWS), XML, REST and SOAP Webservices, PowerShell, LDAP, SQL, Azure AD, preferably Python.
* Project Management tools: JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.
* Knowledge on Datadog monitoring tool would be a plus.
* Experience with IdentityNow will be an added advantage.
Your role and responsibilities
In the role of Technology Lead / Senior Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will guide the team technically and work closely with the offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. * Solid stakeholder management, diplomatic, communication, and presentation skills.
* Good priority management skills.
* Working on new enhancements/change requests received from the product owner/business team. Discuss with the end customer and get clarifications on requirements.
* Support daily operations related to SailPoint IdentityIQ tool such as task failure alerts handling, provisioning transactions failure analysis, etc.
* Support and guide deployment and roll-out.
* Troubleshoot & resolve the end user reported incidents and make prompt notification.
* Collaborate with the different/respective application teams to coordinate and fix the issues.
* Working on the bug fixes which are identified internally based on system monitoring or received from end users.
* Work on the regular Production deployments.
* Document the ongoing changes which are introduced to the application and key learnings.
* Ability to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Required
Experience in Sailpoint IIQ, experience in Code Java development.
Preferred
Experience with IdentityNow / ISC will be an added advantage. Knowledge on Datadog monitoring tool would be a plus.
