About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Inside Sales Officer to join our growing team in Belgium. Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: You will spend a significant portion of your day interacting with clients via multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and team meetings. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers is essential to success in this role.
* Account Management: Beyond simply making sales, your role will involve managing existing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive, and growing these accounts through cross-selling and upselling. A key performance indicator (KPI) for the role will be customer feedback regarding the level of service you provide.
* Sales and Target Achievement: This role is about meeting sales targets and KPIs, so you must be motivated to exceed these targets consistently. You’ll receive comprehensive training in our tools and portfolio, but a background in sales is crucial to hit the ground running.
* Solution Provision: You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and pain points. By asking the right questions and conducting a thorough problem analysis, you’ll provide customized solutions from our portfolio that address their challenges and drive business success.
* Stakeholder Management: Your ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels within client organizations will be vital to ensuring smooth communication and effective sales cycles.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in ISO Certification: Candidates should have a background in certification bodies, particularly with experience in ISO standards, ISO Certification Management Systems, and training systems.
* Industry Knowledge: You should have experience working with or selling to industries such as food & beverage, cybersecurity, aviation, space, and automotive. Knowledge of the specific needs and challenges of these sectors is key to providing effective solutions to clients.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and Dutch is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with clients in Belgium and other French- and Dutch-speaking regions. Fluency in English is also required.
* Sales Experience: You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales role, ideally in the B2B sector, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong Communicator: The ability to communicate effectively across various channels is vital. You should be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels of an organization, from technical staff to senior executives.
* Customer-Centric: Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. You should be driven by customer satisfaction and eager to improve the client experience.
* Proactive and Organized: You’ll need to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle several priorities at once will set you up for success.
