Description:
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of the advocacy strategy and campaigns in coordination with the Adocacy Director
* Engage in stakeholder/issue mapping and research to identify relevant advocacy opportunities and challenges
* Contribute to and participate in relevant stakeholder consultations or other similar engagement opportunities as instructed by the Advocacy Director
* Coordinate seminars, workshops, roundtable discussions and other external events
* Draft presentations, speeches, press releases and social media updates for both internal and external audiences
* Work collaboratively with other Departments (research, events, education) to organize multi-department projects and leverage existing projects and opportunities
* Support the Advocacy team in various administrative and governance tasks
* Contribute to the development of the communication strategy and website by leading the social media and online presence in coordination with manager
Profil
* University Degree in Politics, International Relations or Communications is desirable
* Knowledge of international health issues;
* C2 level written and spoken English
* Demonstrable advocacy skills and good understanding of the health policy discourse
* Multi-cultural mindset and awareness
* Previous experience in large scale event organization is desirable
* Excellent communication skills including proven ability to manage a variety of social media accounts
* Demonstrable experience in curating social media presence (use of scheduling tools, graphic-design tool, analytics tools)
* Ability to write clear and concise report
