Are you passionate about implementing CRM within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Business Analyst and contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to tackle our clients' business challenges.
Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles.
1. Proficiency in communication in English, French, or Dutch.
2. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM.
3. Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and kindness within the team.
4. Ability to work on large-scale projects for a diverse clientele.
5. Holding or pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.
6. Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
7. Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment.
9. Place quality and client needs at the center of your work.
10. Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
11. Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
12. Passion for CRM and its Microsoft ecosystem.
13. Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
14. Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.
15. Draft functional documentation and provide user training.
16. Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.
17. Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
