Focusing on our International Distributors network across the globe, you are responsible for driving the Biscoff brand building in line with our Biscoff Growth Model strategy.
This global role leverages Marketing, Revenue Growth Management and Data Management to support the ultimate goal of becoming the #3 Cookie Global Brand.
1. Using the Biscoff Growth Model as a base and always in collaboration with our account managers and the commercial teams of the distributors, you define in-store activation strategies, accellerate brand awareness, support market specific (BTL)-actions, facilitate ATL campaigns (social media) and measure the ROI of our investments.
2. Managing and analysing multiple internal & external sources of data, you extract insights and learnings, map country-specific retail and OOH landscapes and draft KPI dashboards in order to make informed decisions in collaboration with the Global Brand team.
3. With a category management expertise & spirit and together with both internal colleagues and our distributors, you actively support our buildup of penetration in the core countries by working on the annual joint business plan and category plan on assortment, distribution, promotion, pricing, shelf placement etcetera.
4. Developing trade stories and trade decks, using best practices from other markets and based on your initiatives and recommendations, you act as ‘scriptwriter for sales’.
5. Ensuring a good connection with our distributor network, you actively participate in the preparations for business reviews, launches of new products/countries and ad-hoc projects.
Working withing the ID-team requires a specific mindset, bringing multiple cultures, multiple teams and multiple areas of expertise together behind a common goal.

7. A relevant Master degree, combined with 5 to 7 years of marketing/category management expertise within FMCG.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent in English), topped with a hands-on and pragmatic approach to get things done
9. Strong analytical skills in a marketing space, understanding the different tools and the social media eco-system.
10. A personal interest in other cultures and a high level of empathy to adapt to each country’s specific marketing approach.
11. An entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
12. Willingness to travel to the different countries (a few days per Quarter)
