About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to professionalize our recruitment process, build a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to shape and elevate our hiring strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to attract top talent in the luxury and fragrance industry.
* Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
* Design and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
* Develop and enhance our employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the luxury industry.
* Create and implement onboarding programs that ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Identify and utilize innovative recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
* Establish metrics and KPIs to track recruitment performance and continuously improve processes.
* Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the luxury and fragrance sectors.
Key attributes for success:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR;
* Proven Experience – At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury, beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset – A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to build and scale recruitment strategies from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.
* Strategic Mindset & Hands-On Execution – Ability to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies while managing day-to-day hiring needs efficiently.
* Strong Relationship-Building Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with high-caliber candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
* Employer Branding & Market Knowledge – Deep understanding of talent trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies in the luxury sector.
* Proactive & Results-Driven Approach – A self-starter who can identify talent needs, build a pipeline, and continuously optimize the hiring process for better results.
* Multilingual & International Perspective – Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus, especially for sourcing international talent.
* Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment while finding innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
