ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Communications Assistant for one of our beloved clients in the Automotive Sector. If you're a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves all things marketing, this is your chance to shine. You'll be playing a key role in bringing impactful campaigns to life for clients, working on everything from strategy and execution to event management and partner relations.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support
1. Assist in the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of integrated (360) marketing and communication campaigns.
2. Contribute to the creation of compelling advertising materials, working both internally and with external agencies.
3. Meticulously proofread and edit marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
4. Manage campaign timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to established brand guidelines.
6. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client dealerships, facilitating communication and supporting their marketing efforts. This may include providing marketing materials, answering inquiries, and tracking performance.
Event Management Support
1. Plan and execute a range of events, from conferences and product launches to the Brussels Motor Show and dealer meetings.
2. Coordinate event logistics.
3. Develop and prepare event materials.
Partner Relationship Management
1. Support the management of relationships with external agencies, including advertising, media, and PR firms.
2. Ensure effective communication and information flow between internal teams and external partners.
Administrative & Project Support
1. Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
2. Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
3. Maintain an organized filing system for marketing materials and documents.
Financial Support
1. Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
2. Process invoices and expense reports related to marketing/communication activities.
3. Support the development of budget proposals for future marketing initiatives.
PROFILE
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Perfectly fluent in French & English & Dutch.
5. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for marketing.
