Job Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative works in tandem with the external sales representative to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a fixed territory or customer base.
Primary responsibilities include opening new accounts (30%) and extending the product portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%).
Critical tasks involve supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty while efficiently directing customers to the most suitable sales channel.
* Acts as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned customers.
* Administers client data within internal support systems.
* Makes offers with accurate price calculations.
* Books orders and educates customers on utilizing the E-Shop.
* Supports team members (internal and external) with various tasks.
* Utilizes telesales tools, knowledge, and skills to effectively manage sales across assigned customers and their potential estimations.
* Employs strategies to continuously expand business relationships with defined customers and promotes cross-selling of related products.
* Ensures proper sales channel assignment for customers, aiming to increase digital sales rates at the company.
* Familiarizes themselves with customers' business environments, goals, and segment information, including products and applications.
* Understands competitive landscapes, key suppliers, and buying behaviors.
* Manages Customer Relationship Management, representing company interests towards customers and addressing customer requirements within the company.
* Efficiently handles customer complaints and inquiries.
* Identifies, manages, and successfully concludes sales opportunities by persuading and influencing customers to choose products and services.
* Reports periodically with external sales on sales project portfolios.

Requirements:
* A background in a technical and/or commercial field.
* At least 2 years of sales experience with technical products (B2B).
* Understanding of commercial aspects of solution/service selling.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel.
* Strong communication skills.
* Teleselling abilities.
* Self-driven, open-minded, and takes ownership.
* Analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.
* A valid driver's license.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written), with additional language proficiency (Dutch, French, etc.) considered an asset.
