bpostgroup is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team, where you’ll drive strategic recruitment initiatives and mentor junior team members.

As a Senior RecruitmentnSpecialist, you will lead complex recruitment projects, manage the full recruitment cycle, and contribute to the improvement of our hiring processes. Additionally, you will support reskilling and upskilling programs, helping to guide candidates into new roles that align with their career aspirations.
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Own the recruitment process for both permanent and temporary roles across various departments, from sourcing to final offer.
Independently identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal talent pool.
Process Improvement: Work closely with TA Partners and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Experience: At least 5 years of HR or recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the Belgian labor market.
You’re able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Tools: Proficiency with job boards (LinkedIn, StepStone, Indeed) and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment is a plus.
