Based in the Benelux (Belgium or Netherlands) – Home Office
Fluent in French, Flemish, and English required
As Country Manager Benelux, you will be the driving force behind our growth in these dynamic markets.
Reporting to Stéphane COTTE, General Manager Western Europe & Africa at Thomson Electronic, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize our market presence and sales.
Your Responsibilities:
Market Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our ambitions, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Benelux market.
Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, building strategic relationships with key partners and clients. Adapt general sales conditions for the local market and lead negotiations for framework agreements.
Operations & Logistics: Manage operations, logistics, distribution, customer service, and after-sales service, ensuring high-quality products and services.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, adapting processes to specific market requirements.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the regional budget, analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client payments.
Communication & Representation: Be the brand ambassador for Thomson Electronic in Benelux, actively participating in industry events.
Marketing: Work closely with the European marketing teams to implement target marketing initiatives.
Your Profile:
* University degree or business school (master’s level preferred) with a focus on business or management.
* Proven experience in commercial operations management within the consumer electronics sector in Benelux.
* Strong industry network and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
* Analytical mindset to identify market trends and develop innovative growth strategies.
* Autonomous, strategic thinker, and creative problem-solver.
Conditions:
Salary package: approx. €100k + monthly car allowance
