SALES ENGINEER - ANTWERP REGION (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITION
As a Sales Engineer you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise in engineering. This role combines the best of both worlds—engineering knowledge and sales acumen—allowing you to serve as the bridge between cutting-edge products and customers' needs.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical solutions that align with their objectives.

You will work closely with the internal engineering, product development, and technical teams to craft customized solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
* Provide expert advice and technical guidance to customers on product specifications, integration, and performance, ensuring the most suitable product selection for their needs.
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of products to clients.
* Work closely with the sales team to prepare quotes, technical proposals, and product documentation for customers.
* Assist in managing sales projects from initial inquiry to final delivery, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project timelines and customer requirements are met.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help guide product development and marketing strategies.
* Prepare and review technical proposals, specifications, and reports, ensuring accurate and clear communication of technical details.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in mechanical, mechatronics, automation, and electrical technologies to provide customers with cutting-edge solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction, and address any technical or service-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 0-3 years experience in a similar position.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, automation, electrical systems, or related products and solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
* Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, SCADA systems, or other related tools is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
