As a strategic link between HR and operational teams, you'll focus on 3 essential pillars: Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. As HR Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind our customer's people-centered strategy. You'll work closely with managers to help their teams excel and create an environment where talent flourishes.
Talent Management:
* Design and implement innovative strategies to attract and develop top talent
* Develop career paths that inspire and retain employees
* Create a culture of recognition and appreciation
Performance Management:
* Introduce cutting-edge performance evaluation systems
* Coach managers in conducting effective feedback conversations
* Analyze performance indicators and develop action plans accordingly
Learning & Development:
* Discuss and collaborate with managers and their teams to identify training and development needs
* Implement innovative learning programs
* Stimulate a culture of continuous learning and growth
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
- You can demonstrate more than 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and ideally have a good command of English
- You are a team player feeling comfortable driving change management projects
- You have a proven experience setting up L&D/Talent/Performance management programs
