As Customer Service Manager, you maximize customer satisfaction by offering services throughout the lifespan of our VYNCKE solutions.
As our Customer Service Manager, you will:
* Offer our customers VYNCKE solutions for maintenance and improvement of their installation.
* Manage budget, forecast and follow-up of our maintenance activities.
* Oversee maintenance and service contracts. You’ll organize the inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair work throughout the lifespan of the installation.
* Coordinate the handling of technical issues, ensuring that a specialized internal team provides effective solutions.
* Coordinate the procurement and delivery of spare parts in collaboration with the Customer Service Assistants.
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
* Hold an engineering degree or have equivalent experience, with a first commercial experience in customer service, procurement, project management, account management or (after) sales.
* Have a commercial mindset, enjoy engaging with customers, value long-term customer relations and have a high sense of responsibility.
* Exhibit strong organizational skills, common sense, and creativity.
* Be open to travel (short trips).
* Communicate effectively in Dutch and English. French or Spanish is a plus.
