Functieomschrijving
Forthe position as ElectromechanicalService Engineer :
* You make thenecessary schedules and installation plans for theinstallation and start-up of the machines
* Youcoordinate together with the customer the on-site installationprocess
* You are responsible for the technicalfinal inspection before dispatching the machines to beinstalled
* You ensure that everything has beenassembled according to the plan
* You confirmthat all items in the offer are present and conduct the finalfunctionality check of the machines
* You areresponsible for the maintenance and service interventions at thecustomers' sites
* You travel to the customer toaddress and resolve the problem on-site incase of complaints or issues
* Youreport, take care of the administration of the service tasks andprovide feedback to the organization
* You givepresentations/training sessions (internally and externally) andpresent the project/product to customers
* Youtravel internationally on a regular basis (up to60%)
Functie-eisen
* You have a bachelor's or master's degreein Electromechanics
* Experience is beneficialbut not essential
* You have a strong technicalcomprehension and excellent knowledge ofelectromechanics
* You are highly adaptable andcan quickly familiarize yourself with theproducts
* You know how to prioritizetasks
* You can work independently withoutcompromising team spirit
* You possess aproactive personality with a sense of initiative and acustomer-oriented/commercial mindset
* You aim tocontinuously enhance the quality of yourwork
* You have a good proficiency in English
