For our office/site in Antwerp we are looking for a
Supply Chain Execution Specialist (F/M)
You have acquired a skill set in material and transport management and silo planning. What sets this role apart is the rock & roll of daily operations, intervene on unforeseen circumstances, multiple internal and external contacts and the possibility to learn the complete steps of the process– from the product in the silo until the delivery to the customer.
The SCM execution team spans across the sites of Antwerp and Wingles under the guidance of the head of SCM execution team BE/FR. Our preference would be someone located in Antwerp, but other EMEA sites are suitable as well.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities are:
1. Material management: Oversee the daily supply and demand according to company needs and customer requirements on an item by item basis.
2. Transport management: Organize and monitor end product transportation to our customers within a framework of contracted carriers, optimizing transport routes and methods (via truck, combined transport and sea).
3. Silo and transfer management: Make daily transfer planning (internal and external product transfer), give daily instructions to production and to the LSP loading staff for a correct silo management. Follow-up on silo levels and adjust the planning as needed.
4. Technology Expertise: You’re familiar with SAP/APO and data analytics. You’re able to track key performance metrics, providing clear insights into the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of supply chain execution processes.
Skills & Knowledge required:
5. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Logistics, SCM, or a related business field.
6. Three years of experience in Supply Chain planning.
7. Experience within the process industry such as plastics or chemicals is a plus.
8. Proficiency in material disposition and -planning methods, logistics- and production processes.
9. Proficieny in Dutch-Flemish.

10. Strong team player with communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Developed analytical thinking, enabling quick adaptation to changing conditions and making connections within a complex environment to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
12. Proactive problem-solving approach with the capability to anticipate future issues to prevent disruptions to operations, implement effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
