Working as a HR Business Partner...
Recruitment & Selection: You manage the entire recruitment process and look for top talent (together with external partners). For this, you work closely with the managers. You take a leading role in this process from publishing the vacancy, conducting selection interviews, assessments, salary proposal to contract signing and onboarding
Performance management: You monitor the existing process and support managers in conducting performance and evaluation reviews. You stay involved to monitor and support employee performance and development.
Training & Development: You detect training needs among employees and organize individual training courses. Furthermore, you look for suitable external partners who can provide tailor-made training for groups or individuals.
Legislation & Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaboration with payroll: You work closely with external/internal payroll partners for specific HR questions from employees. Together with internal partners, you will monitor internal payroll policies and take an advisory role towards managers.
HR projects: You will lead and support various HR projects within Televic and Televic Education, such as onboarding policies, employee experience and engagement, to promote a positive and productive working environment.
General advising: You will be seen as a trusted advisor to our team and management on HR-related matters.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
4. You have at least 5 years of HR experience in the broad sense, preferably in an IT or SaaS context.
5. You are available those two days a week.
6. An HR expert who sees the big picture as well as has an eye for detail.
7. You have good communication skills to all levels in the organization.
8. You have a hands-on mentality
9. You are pro-active and a team player who can handle confidential information.
10. Experience in project and change management.
11. You are preferably familiar with an international context
12. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a big plus given our recent expansion plans in France.
