To support our strong growth and strengthen our current team, we are recruiting a Rider Gear Specialist for the Southwest region. You will be responsible for BE and NL.
As a Rider Gear Specialist, you will oversee commercial development in the rider equipment sector, working with new product brands and the existing portfolio.
Reporting to the Rider Gear Director, your key responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting professional clients (dealerships, agents, motorcycle accessories retailers, and e-commerce specialists);
* Implementing sales programs in line with the commercial strategy;
* Managing client relationships and ensuring follow-ups;
* Training and supporting the reseller network;
* Representing the company at external events (open days, roadshows, sporting events, etc.);
* Managing initial orders and replenishments.
Skills & Requirements:
* You are a field-oriented, dynamic person with a strong sense of challenge.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in selling motorcycle rider gear.
* English proficiency is a plus for this role.
