Business Development Manager
1. You will play a key role in scaling our Mechatronics business line.
2. As the first point of contact for all commercial activities, your responsibilities will include:
* Go-To-Market Strategy: Defining and developing the go-to-market strategy for our COSAMIRA product line.
* Customer Relationships: Creating and maintaining long-term client relationships to build sustainable business.
* Partner Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with international partners to strengthen our market position.
3. Supported by marketing, presales, and product management, you will define the optimal market positioning of our COSAMIRA product line.
4. You will identify and implement effective criteria to ensure successful cooperation with clients.
5. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial request to contract closure.
6. You will report directly to the Business Line Director.
Professional skills we're looking for:
* Experience working in a technological environment with a strong interest in technology and applications.
* Background in the Rail environment and/or condition monitoring systems is an asset.
* At least 5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
* Strong analytical skills, a can-do attitude, and a solid business sense.
* Effective communication skills at all levels (up to C-level).
* Will to travel 25% of the time (worldwide).
* Fluency in English.
