At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Service Support Engineer to join our UniQue team.
* Deploy software packages, manage OS upgrades, and apply monthly security patches across user devices. Automate packaging processes and troubleshoot failed deployments.
* Assist in the creation, modification, and maintenance of Organizational Units, users, groups, and Group Policies to enforce settings across user devices.
* Diagnose issues related to Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications, install and configure them, and integrate them with existing systems.
* Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.
* Create, document, implement, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 5 years in a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience with MCM (formerly SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and OS upgrades.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
* At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
* Strong knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
* At least 2 years of experience creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts.
* ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
* A very good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
