We're currently looking for an experienced web developer with a passion for design and a proven track record. In this role, you'll join and guide our existing web team, working on exciting projects using cutting-edge web technologies and approaches such as React, Next.js, Progressive Web Apps, and more.
You’ll collaborate closely with our design team to bring their ideas to life, creating stunning and innovative web-based products.
At AppFoundry, we create digital products with IMPACT. With a strong focus on user experience and design, we build interactive digital solutions that make a difference for both our clients and their audiences.
We're part of Xplore Group, a digital technology center with offices in Antwerp, Hasselt, and Ghent.
Requirements
* Experience with React is required.
* Experience with CSS is a must.
* Experience with Next.js is a huge plus.
* Experience with other web technologies such as Vite, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, Progressive Web Apps, etc. is a huge plus.
* You have experience in starting and finishing projects.
* You have enough backend knowledge (or actual dev experience) to understand the requirements and peculiarities of the systems you are integrating with.
* You master frontend architecture principles and design patterns.
* Your knowledge goes further than one specific web framework. By now you've seen them all (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). You're looking at the bigger picture.
* You are well aware of the peculiarities of a mobile-first approach.
* Unit testing or test-driven development are obviously essential to you.
* You know how to set up an automated development process.
* You have experience working in an agile team and know how to apply the known methodologies.
