About the Role
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support to our existing and potential customers, as well as internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in leveraging Odoo Business Apps
* Analyze and resolve functional issues
* Nurture interactions with visitors and leads (Livechat)
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Enhance customer experience
* Contribute to product improvement and documentation
* Participate in side projects (recruit and onboard new colleagues, provide training, etc.)
Requirements
* Fluent English skills
* Dutch or German proficiency is an asset
* IT and business acumen
* Customer-centric approach
* Autonomy and fast learning ability
* A valid work permit for Belgium
* Solution-focused mindset
Bonus Skills
* Familiarity with European languages (Spanish, Italian, etc.)
* Knowledge of business processes
* Technical skills (XML, Python, JS)
