We prioritize clean, maintainable, and efficient code—so you’ll spend your time building, not firefighting.TasksKey Responsibilities:Customer Success and SatisfactionDevelop and execute a customer success strategy to maximize client satisfaction and retention.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and ensure the timely delivery of data solutions.Actively gather client feedback and address concerns with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with the CEO to support business growth.Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Data Quality ManagementConduct benchmarking to assess and enhance the quality of Inoopa’s data offerings compared to industry standards.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.Define and monitor data-related KPIs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable insights to clients.Drive initiatives to automate and optimize data processing workflows for improved efficiency.Operational and Process OptimizationEstablish and refine processes to streamline client onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.Implement tools and systems to monitor and report on operational performance.Ensure that all operational processes align with the company’s strategic goals.RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience: Proven experience in customer success, data quality management, or operations roles in a startup or SME environment, preferably in B2B services or data management.Skills: Proficient in data tools, visualization platforms, and CRM systems.
