ARHS Group – part of Accenture is looking for Senior Business Analysts for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Financial Industry.Role & responsibilities- Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.- Working closely with product owners, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and to foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.- Analyzing and designing new business processes.- Identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases.- Working with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.- Participating in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements- Assisting in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.- Actively managing requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.- Participating in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.- Planning and actively executing the BA requirements management strategy; communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.- Partnering with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations; prioritizing their dependencies on the BA to ensure successful delivery of solutions.- Serving as a liaison to the business community.Your profile- Good knowledge in English, French & Dutch- Analytical mind – conceptual thinking- Negotiation and persuasion skills- Structured approach- Able to work independently- Problem-solver- Quality-minded and eye for detail- Goal-oriented- Open to change- Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment: 50% on site & 50% from homeTechnical skills- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods- Good expertise in MS Office- Good understanding of IT and testing- Experience with requirements management- Good understanding of workflow processes- Communication and stakeholder management- Knowledge of main data regulation would be considered as an asset (GDPR, BIV et BCBS239)Don’t hesitate!
