Description
Your responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for managing bodily injury claims arising from motor, home and family insurance policies, as well as those relating to everyday accidents.
* You will carefully examine the claims and the various elements of the file, ensuring compliance with current legislation and case law, in partnership with the property damage department.
* You will proactively gather the information needed to assess the material and physical damage suffered by victims.
* You coordinate the handling of cases with the network of medical advisors, medical experts, lawyers and inspectors.
* Where necessary, you will pay compensation and take legal action against the parties responsible.
* You have a good understanding of forensic culture.

Profile
The ideal candidate:
* Holds a Master's degree in Law, whether in contract, criminal, civil or private law, or in Insurance.
* At least 3 years' experience in the field of personal injury, either in the insurance industry or at the bar.
* Bilingual in French and Dutch.
* Mastery of standard computer applications, in particular MS Word, for optimum efficiency in daily tasks.
* Demonstrates excellent team spirit.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Is customer-oriented, yet able to make assertive decisions when necessary.
