The company is growing day by day, and all the teams need to grow with it. To help us find and select the best candidates, we are looking for a very dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer
You will be mainly in charge of the smooth recruitment process from A to Z for specific positions. Concretely you will collect and analyse the recruitment needs from the business managers and identify the best recruitment channels based on the defined targets. You will manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, arranging interviews with the managers, the feedback on candidates and the offers we send out to candidates.
Your mission will also be to increase the volume of applicants for technical positions so you'll be responsible for the sourcing and head hunting part of the recruitment via job boards, social networks, selected channels & employer branding campaign.
You will work independently but never alone. It means that you must be flexible and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Because of this key role in the company, you will share your time between our Belgium offices based in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyse recruitment needs
2. Develop the talents pipeline
3. Build and implement strategies to increase the volume of applicants for technical positions
4. Manage the whole recruitment cycle
5. Attend professional events (job fairs, company's presentation, networking events, )
6. Cold calling strategy
Must Have
7. Fluent in French & English
8. A first relevant experience in recruitment
9. Motivated, disciplined and fun
10. Marketing skills & be creative
11. At least a bachelor degree
12. Willing to open doors and create new contacts
13. Driving licence
Nice to Have
14. Available immediately
15. Fluent in dutch
16. Experience in a fast paced environment
17. Interest in the IT industry
