As part of the central Talent team, our Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) team is responsible for driving an inclusive learning culture. In accordance with Deloitte Belgium's business and talent strategy, we translate individual and team development needs into impactful talent programmes, while developing inclusive leadership and behaviours. We act as true business advisors to our internal clients and collaborate with functional learning teams, local HR teams and global talent teams.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) Project Officer, you are responsible for project management challenges in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
1. You will work outDE&I programmesaligned to our talent strategy,focusing on the in-, through- and outflow of diverse talent;
2. You will effectively analyse talent data and leveragepeople analyticsto identify trends and focus areas, while you measure and track progress towards our inclusive goals;
3. You will beresponsible forA-Z project management: project design, planning, implementation, coordination, risk management, quality monitoring and communication;
4. You will prepareexecutive-level reportingon key metrics and project status. You regularly share updates with Talent leadership and other stakeholders
5. You will drive our internaldiversity soundings and community networksbased upon employee needs of the organisation;
6. You will contribute to realizing thestrategic objectivesby combining data analytics, employee listening tactics, awareness programmes and inclusive leadership trainings;
7. You are responsible for all DE&Icommunicationsinternally and externally;
8. You will further develop, with the team, consistent project management via planning, methodologies, templates and toolkits.
Let's talk about you
9. You have a Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent through experience), preferably in a business-oriented direction;
10. You have preferably 3 - 6 years of experience in a project-driven talent role;
11. You demonstrate a keen interest in project and change management and champion diversity & inclusion;
12. You see yourself as a self-starter with analytical, planning and prioritization skills;
13. You have experience-based knowledge in HR analytics and HR operations;
14. You easily build trust relationships and can provide targeted advice based on your credibility and expertise;
15. You are result driven and like to take on challenges;
16. You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Dutch and/or French.
