Summary
As a proposal or Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international group, supported and coached by an experienced Tender Manager. As a member of the tender department, you will be part of tender teams and will report to a Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future

7. Play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender proposals to our clients in order to win DEME’s global offshore projects
8. Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients and work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments
9. Perform cost engineering to optimize the proposal based on costs, risks, method, planning, sequence…
10. Liaise with supporting departments and – if required – also with subcontractors, suppliers, partners…
11. Report for both internal and external approval purposes

16. You are fluent in English (if you know other languages that's a plus!)
