Your team and your responsibilities Team description Hydrogen Factory Europe was established within TME as a local business operation to co ordinate the commercialisation of hydrogen technology and systems ranging from development and production to sales and aftersales.The Hydrogen Factory is responsible for R&D activities, production and sales of fuel cell systems as well as supporting a widening group of commercial partnerships, in line with the companys strategy to achieve carbon neutrality in Europe by 2040.The R&D team within Hydrogen Factory Europe is responsible for integration support as well as design and development of the hydrogen systems for a wide range of projects (inhouse and for external customers). Your responsibilities Define project technical requirements and overall planning based on communication with internal & external stakeholders (R&D, Business) Manage project progress in close cooperation with all stakeholders Ensure efficient communication between all stakeholders Lead development of effective alternative solutions in case of problems, to ensure timely achievement of high quality deliverables Efficiently & timely report concerns/progress to management and suggest best course of action Your Profile You are fluent in English (TMEs business language) You have a Masters Degree, or higher, in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field You can demonstrate creative thinking to solve complex problems with attention to details You can coordinate activities of multi national / multi cultural team (R&D, Business, internal, external) You can perform technical studies using basic engineering calculations (for mechanical, thermodynamic, problems) You understand the various hydrogen technologies You have a keen interest in the automotive industry You deliver results on time You are skilled user of MS Office tools, data analysis software skills are an asset (e.g. MATLAB, Diadem) You are familiar w/ FMEA and Functional Safety We offer We offer a dynamic multicultural work environment with broad opportunities to learn every day and exciting career pathways that help you explore different
