Today I am looking for an ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR in BEVEREN for a
leading global chemical client.
You will oversee the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION to ensure compliance
with LEGAL REQUIREMENTS and manage both INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
FINANCIAL REPORTING in accordance with statutory regulations.

LOCATION : Kallo + parking
SALARY : 4000- 5500EUR gross / month according to your profile

Profil recherché :
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE VERY DIVERSE:
- You maintain a broad understanding of the various ACCOUNTING
PROCESSES within the department, ensuring CONTINUITY and acting as the
point of contact for management in case of the manager's LEAVE OR
ILLNESS.
- You are responsible for the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION (including
accounting and VAT) and serve as the main contact for EXTERNAL
AUDITORS and GLOBAL TAX.
- You manage TRANSFER PRICING between Belgium and the Netherlands.
- You oversee the reporting of FINANCIAL RESULTS (both internal and
external), including STATUTORY REPORTS, VAT RETURNS, and CORPORATE TAX
filings.
- You act as the KEY USER for the GLOBAL IT FINANCE APPLICATIONS.
- You lead and mentor a team of THREE DIRECT REPORTS.
- You provide support to the REGIONAL CONTROLLER.
WHAT WOULD WORK?
- You possess a THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING, VAT, and LEGAL
REQUIREMENTS across US, BE, AND NL, including expertise in TRANSFER
PRICING.
- You have practical knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and
Safety) regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
- You are proficient in PC usage and familiar with STANDARD OFFICE
APPLICATIONS.
- You hold a MASTER'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a similar role.
- You are an EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATOR and a capable COACH.
