* Drive business development across Belgium by managing and growing a portfolio of major clients, expanding operations, and preparing tailored proposals through on site client visits.
* Lead and coach a team of five sales professionals while remaining actively involved in the field to foster client relationships and ensure alignment with company goals.

Our client is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team and drive their business development efforts across Belgium.
As Field Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities, specifically focusing on expanding operations across Belgium, including significant growth potential in Flanders.
o Manage and grow an existing portfolio of major clients.
o Conduct on site client visits to understand their needs, assess facilities, take measurements, and prepare detailed proposals and project specifications.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5 sales professionals.
o Organize and drive team activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
o Foster a collaborative and results driven team environment.
* Strategic Contribution:
o Act as a key contributor to the company''s growth and success.
o Work closely with leadership to implement strategies that maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
1. A "hunter" mindset with a proven track record in business development, combining strategic thinking with hands on client engagement.
2. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team, while remaining highly operational and actively involved in the field meeting clients.
3. Fluent in French and Dutch (or a good command of Dutch)
4. Bachelor''s or Master''s degree.
5. Experience in a B2B services environment (or in an industrial cleaning
