We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (B2B Software Solutions) to drive our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our Goods ID solutions suite.

Your role will be to:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximise Zetes’ market impact. You will collaborate closely with sales, product teams, and the broader marketing team to ensure our solutions meet market needs and stand out in competitive industries such as logistics, retail, and manufacturing.
Key responsibilities:
* Positioning & messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging frameworks for our Goods ID supply chain execution solutions and technologies.
* Go-to-market strategy: Design the go-to-market strategy in alignment with product owners and the Corporate Marketing Manager.
* Market research and analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
* Sales enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and training material to equip teams with the tools they need to sell effectively.
* Content development: Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team to create compelling marketing collateral.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with central solution teams and central marketing to support efforts to build pipeline and drive business growth.
Who You Are
* Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS software solutions. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
* Technical Skills: Excellent command of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus.
* Strategic thinker: Ability to develop high-level positioning strategies while executing hands-on marketing initiatives. You know how to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
* Storyteller: Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling and digestible messaging for different audiences.
* Analytical & data-driven: Ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive marketing strategies.
* Collaboration mindset: Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, product teams, and marketing departments.
* Team player: Being a strong team player is essential in our team, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and values teamwork as much as individual contributions.
* Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional languages are a plus).
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and deadlines efficiently.
Occasional travel to European countries will be required.
