Your tasks:
* Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions;
* Creation of stakeholder maps or similar;
* Creation of adoption dashboards and reports;
* Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions;
* Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action);
* Tracking project portfolios and associated services;
* Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
* Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks;
* Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in utilizing and managing Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and software;
* Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in documenting and tracking project statuses and resource usage;
* Minimum 2 years’ of specific expertise in coordinating and collaborating with diverse project and business teams;
* Basic knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking;
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PM2;
* Familiarity with repository solutions such as GovIS2 or ServiceNow, preferably;
* The following certifications & standards would be considered as an advantage: Certified in PM2 or ITIL;
* Excellent command of the English language.
