Job description
We want to expand our HR team and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us. You will take on a versatile role with various responsibilities related to the organization’s human resources. As HR coordinator, you will assist in all aspects of human resource management and be responsible for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment & selection, onboarding, evaluation, training, career development, offboarding,…)
You coordinate application procedures from A to Z. This includes creating job descriptions, writing vacancy texts, organizing job interviews and developing recruitment proposals.
You are a point of contact for both our employees and management and support them in various areas. You answer their questions on human resources related matters and assist them where and when necessary. You keep track of any modifications in the collective labour agreements and regulations relating to human resources and help implement them in the employment policy and regulations.
You manage general HR administration and support the optimization of HR processes & projects. You will have a crucial role in helping shape and support a healthy, safe and sustainable corporate culture.
Your profile
1. You possess a great passion for Human Resources.
2. Your background includes experience in roles similar to HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or HR Operations Specialist.
3. You are known for your service-oriented approach and ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. You uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive issues.
5. You see a reflection of yourself in the core values of J-Tec, which are being driven, dynamic, and transparent.
6. You are well-versed in Belgian labour law and its practical implementation.
7. You have excellent level of knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
8. You have excellent organizational and time management skills and have a proactive attitude.
9. You are capable of working autonomously but also thrive in a team environment.
