Job Summary:
Lovisa is a fast-fashion retail company with a global presence, known for its energetic growth. The Loss Prevention Manager will play a crucial role in educating the Retail team on company security policy and procedures to ensure data integrity and maintain company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the global Loss Prevention Strategy in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and part of Germany
* Educate Regional teams on Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, and Security
* Visit retail stores to educate teams on Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, and Security
* Address breaches of company policy with retail teams
* Identify and investigate internal and external theft
* Liaise with Regional Managers and Country Managers regarding breaches of company procedures in stores and data integrity issues
* Analyze monthly exception reports and investigate findings
* Investigate cash variance/banking discrepancies as required
* Promote LP awareness and culture with retail teams
* Conduct store audits to ensure company cash management and operational procedures are being adhered to and all equipment is functioning properly
* Educate Retail Teams on Loss Prevention at workshops and management meetings
* Investigate store shrinkage and implement action plans
* Maintain CCTV systems with weekly footage review of focus stores
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety laws in each market
* Manage external service providers – H&S
* Provide guidance and support to H&S committees across France
Administration:
* Ensure punctuality and accuracy of all paperwork
* Review and follow up on all LP and Cash management reports
* Ensure holiday requirements do not impact on company needs
* Adhere to Lovisa company policy and procedure
* Submit all reports within required deadlines

Other duties and special projects may be assigned based on skill and competency level. This role requires flexibility with working hours, as they may vary according to the needs of the business and opening hours of Retail stores.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a Loss Prevention position, with advanced Excel skills, fluency in French and English, and additional proficiency in German. They should possess analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational understanding, flexibility, teamwork, customer service, negotiation, initiative, problem-solving ability, and open communication.
