Your role
As a Technical Analyst reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager for Customer Center and Client-facing applications within the Power Technique IT team, your mission is clear: serve as the liaison between the business and our Functional Analysts. Your primary focus will be on deciphering business requirements and transforming them into a comprehensive technical setup and integration plan. The magic happens when you empower our programmers to take the reins and bring these visions to fruition.
You'll be an indispensable member of our team, ensuring that our IT applications align seamlessly with our end-state strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in defining the data sources and connections necessary for both current and future developments, all meticulously documented and well-defined. We don't just want someone who understands the technicalities – we want someone who can challenge the status quo when needed, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed expectations.
You'll captivate both the business and IT organization with your ability to clearly comprehend and capture business requirements. Regularly reporting on the status of applications and the progress of your work, you'll keep everyone in the loop, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.

1. You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role or environment.
2. You have relevant technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services and security, SQL Server, Azure Storage.
3. You are familiar with Agile (Devops) and can collaborate with different stakeholders.
4. You have already participated in process improvement and software implementation projects.
5. You are interested in the improvement and automation of current processes and working methods.
6. Experience with SAP ERP, SAP CX applications supporting this portfolio can be beneficial.
7. You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.

We are a global team working in a hybrid model (working in the office 1 to 2 days a week). We have offices in Wilrijk, Antwerp. #Li-hybrid
