Based in the The Netherlands, Belgium, or France, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth. We are looking to grow our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence in Europe.
At DP World we have clustered our CoE of TA in 4 regions, of which West Europe is one of them. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, sourcing candidates through various channels/platforms, planning and conducting interviews, and create strong talent pipelines for DP World's current and future hiring needs.
About the role
How you will contribute
1. Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process in close cooperation with your Hiring Managers and HR managers. Advise on the best hiring strategy and manage expectations of stakeholders.
2. Develop position specific recruitment plans, identify candidate pools and create attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates to join DP World.
3. Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes. Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process.
4. Pro-actively source candidates (active and passive) in the labor market by using Applicant Tracking System in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market.
5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
6. Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager.
7. Responsible for timely reporting and administration processes by using the ATS.
8. Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions.
9. Participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects,. employer branding activities.
What you will bring
10. BSc in Human Resources or equivalent.
11. Minimum 4+ years of experience in international and corporate environment with end-to-end recruitment cycle in the logistics area. Experience recruiting for a 3PL supplier is preferred.
12. Experience in sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
13. Proven track record of high volume recruitment.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
15. Experienced in being part of and leading diverse TA related project groups such as Employer Branding, Preferred Supplier List, Graduate Recruitment etcetera.
16. Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
17. Able to provide first class internal customer service with high energy and detail.
18. Experience with using an ATS system.
19. The position is based in the Netherlands, Belgium or France, with remote work possibilities.
