SAP SuccessFactors – Business Analyst– HR process optimization - Stakeholder Management
Contract Type: 12 months, freelance
Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central? Do you have a business analyst mindset, ready to drive HR process improvements and optimize HR technology solutions?
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support our client's major HR IT transformation, ensuring smooth system integration, process harmonization and end-user adoption across Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central and additional modules.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze, document, and streamline HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
* Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
* Develop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
* Provide expertise in data migration, system integration, and HRIS best practices.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance adoption and user engagement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to Product Owners and HR stakeholders, helping prioritize system enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Business Analyst.
* Expertise in Employee Central + at least 2 other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Strong business analysis skills with a problem-solving mindset.
* Fluency in English, plus proficiency in Dutch or French.
* Experience in SAP HR is a strong advantage.
