What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
* Language Skills: Fluent/native in 2 of the following languages - Polish, Lithuanian, Czech or German - and English (B2/C1) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience: Previous customer service experience, basic skills in MS Office, and technical awareness of commercial vehicles.
* Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a positive approach to stress and change.
* Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, manage stress positively, and adapt to a shifting environment.
What We Offer:
* Flexible Work Schedule: Fixed 7.5-hour days with a 30-minute lunch break, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid work arrangement available.
