Project Manager ERP/TMS (M/F) Missions :
ERP and TMS Project Management: Lead the implementation and deployment of ERP and TMS solutions in an international environment.
Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and design tailored solutions.
Team Coordination: Supervise both technical and business teams to ensure project success within deadlines and budgets.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.
Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, ensure deliverable quality, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Training and Support: Organize training sessions for end-users and provide post-deployment support.
Profile :
Significant experience in managing ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and TMS (such as Oracle Transportation Management, SAP TM, etc.) projects.
Strong project management skills: planning, resource management, risk management, and progress tracking.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage diverse stakeholders (technical, business, suppliers).
Strong proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
