In this role, you will act as an expert in indoor mobile solutions, will help in transversal coordination requirements to support the team on follow-up of internal improvement activities with B2B and projects with MWingz.
Main responsibilities:
1. Closely follow-up the market with regards to special coverage solutions, with a particular focus on 5G in close cooperation with Orange Group Centre of Expertise
2. Help to build the product catalogue of indoor solutions taking into account the needs of our B2B and B2C customers and the technological evolutions.
3. Collaborate with B2B business development, innovation team and geomarketing on indoor radio network solutions for B2B and B2C customers taking into account the customer needs, costs and operational aspects, help in priorization
4. Ensure the delivery of the technical answers to the RFPs by ensuring cooperation with B2B, geomarketing and MWingz (including coverage figures, technical capabilities of the mobile network, specific indoor coverage solutions)
5. Follow-up special projects impacting existing indoor installations (e.g. Aurora SWAP, Sunset, Femto evolution, …).
6. Help in transversal coordination requirements to support us on follow-up of internal improvement activities with B2B and projects with MWingz
Your profile:
7. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications or a related field
8. Strong, proven experience in RAN technology domain and indoor solutions
9. Experience in B2B domain and project management
10. High expertise in Telco Environment
11. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
12. Excellent leadership and organizational skills
13. Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels, with clients and the company management
14. Decision-making and Customer Oriented Attitude
15. Fluent English, French and/or Dutch would be a plus
