Business Analyst in Insurance Domain
As a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, you will play a key role in supporting various applications within the industry. This includes life and non-life insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
* Develop Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents for domains of expertise, such as New Business, Claims, etc.
* Implement client requirements through configuration
* Write and review test plans
* Perform expert testing and defect management
* Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set
* Provide production support, including UAT testing, defect analysis, and Change Requests management
* Perform gap analysis
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within an insurance company
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst
* Ability to meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables
* Cultural openness and adaptability, along with rigorous and customer-oriented approach
* High communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work autonomously while being a great team player
* Fluency in French and good command of English, with Dutch as a plus
* Commitment to occasional travel abroad upon client request
