As a successful Product Specialist Incontinence - Flemish Brabant & Limburg, you will have the following responsibilities:
Product Specialist:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, doctors...) & care institutions in Flemish Brabant & Limburg
* Provide medical advice and expert training on incontinence products to clients and stakeholders (elderly home, hospitals, ...)
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations & information sessions to educate healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, doctors...) on the product's benefits and optimise the utilisation of incontinence products.
* Understand the needs of healthcare practitioners to proactively propose new products and facilitate cross selling
Account Management support:
* Support the sales team with the volume management & price negotiations
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and market penetration.
Market Awareness:
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve incontinence product offerings.
* Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and providing technical expertise.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
As a successful Product Specialist Incontinence - Flemish Brabant & Limburg, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nurse or (para-)medical field
* Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare, or product specialisation (incontinence care experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Being results-oriented.
* Ability to work autonomously and independently with flexible working time schedule.
* Proficiency in Dutch - French and English being a plus.
* Willingness to drive within Flemish Brabant & Limburg.
